Return and Refund Policy

30-Night Returns

We want you to love your Nocturna purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return unused products in their original packaging within 30 nights of delivery for a full refund.

To start a return, contact us at admin@devallholdings.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions.

Please note: As a dropshipping store, our products ship from our suppliers. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been used cannot be returned unless defective.
